Thoughtful Stewardship for Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities

Boutique by Design | Disciplined Growth.

Our Approach

BMC Group acquires, preserves, and improves memory care and senior housing communities - one relationship at a time.

Senior housing exists at the intersection of healthcare, hospitality, and real estate. BMC Group was founded on the belief that these communities deserve thoughtful ownership - the kind that prioritizes resident outcomes as much as long-term value. We're not a large-scale institutional buyer. We're a boutique acquisition platform built on relationships, healthcare expertise, disciplined underwriting and growth.

We believe earning the trust of an owner is as important as underwriting the real estate itself. Many of the communities we pursue represent decades of work by the individuals and families who built them. Our objective isn’t simply to acquire a building - it’s to continue that legacy with improved care for loved ones.
